And I couldn't agree more about the issue of "consumer confidence".<BR/><BR/>We saw the decline of the ringtone market when we lost consumer confidence through a combination of aggressive marketing and poorly thought out revenue models -- and we're still suffering.<BR/><BR/>Mobile operators have already created an environment where consumers are cautious about mobile data charges -- and if they get a further "nasty surprise in their bills" -- it will do nothing but continue to erode consumer confidence.Troy Norcrosshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00594552903577531070noreply@blogger.com
